When I was a kid, I remember using a roll-on deodorant, but have only used a solid in the past 20 years or so. I was glad to receive a bottle of Dry Idea-Advanced Dry through my membership in the Purex Insiders. I was pretty sure the modern roll-on had to be an improvement over my memory of a sticky, flap your arms till it dried, protection!

Dry Idea comes in 2 sizes and 3 varieties. After shaking the bottle, you just roll it on. Simple. It did not take too long to dry and I didn’t notice any stickiness, but I was going out and it was over 90 degrees, so I was anxious to test it out.

This formulation puts the “Dry” in Dry Idea^®antiperspirants. It contains no water – for a drier application. And it’s time-released for longer-lasting odor protection and fragrance.

Later that night, having forgotten I was testing a new product, I got ready for bed and then realized I had been odor free! The sign of a good product is when you DON’T notice it. Dry Idea with 24 hour protection was at work and I spent a lot of time outside and still didn’t feel any wetness or notice any odor. Still not convinced, I continued using the product and found that it’s fast drying MicroCotton Formula was working.

I am still a big fan of solid deodorant and Dry Idea Advanced Dry comes in a Clear Gel and an Invisible Solid. The Clear Gel is available in Unscented and Powder Fresh. The Solid comes in those two varieties and Cool Burst, with Air Conditioning Effect.
